9819 Digital Cool Down Logger

Features

  • Temperature recorder with external sensor for monitoring the cooling of processed food.
  • Built to comply with the regulations regarding the cooling process of processed food, which specify that once food has cooled to temperatures below +140F, it must be cooled down to below +41F within 6 hours.
  • The logger is triggered by the temperature falling below +140F, and the logger records the time and date of this event.
  • The cool down process is then monitored by taking three temperature readings.
  • At the end of the process, the Cool Down Logger displays a PASS
or FAIL message depending on whether the temperature limits have been achieved in the specified time range.
  • Temperature range -4°F to 212°F.
  • Operates on one CR2450 lithium battery (included).
