9819 Digital Cool Down Logger
Features
Temperature recorder with external sensor for monitoring the cooling of processed food.
Built to comply with the regulations regarding the cooling process of processed food, which specify that once food has cooled to temperatures below +140F, it must be cooled down to below +41F within 6 hours.
The logger is triggered by the temperature falling below +140F, and the logger records the time and date of this event.
The cool down process is then monitored by taking three temperature readings.
At the end of the process, the Cool Down Logger displays a PASS
or FAIL message depending on whether the temperature limits have been achieved in the specified time range.
Temperature range -4°F to 212°F.
Operates on one CR2450 lithium battery (included).
